Park Plaza County Hall is a 14-storey, 4-star hotel, offering 398 apartment-style hotel rooms minutes away from Waterloo station. The hotel incorporates a restaurant and bar at the lower levels, and conference facilities, a health club and executive lounges at the penthouse level. The guestrooms surround a central atrium.
In addition to the design of the building services, Hilson Moran advised on the development of the façade and carried out energy assessments. A small-scale Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant was incorporated to reduce carbon emissions.
